Fermentation lasts until the wine reaches 5% alcohol. The grape’s natural sugar content is then preserved through refrigeration, which also gives the wine its nuanced sweetness and aromatic profile. Straw yellow with golden reflections, it is intense with scents of orange blossoms, honeysuckle, musk, and peaches. Delicate, semi-sweet with subtle notes of ripe pear and apple, leads to a long finish.
