The grapes used to make our Red Label wines are sourced from select vineyards throughout Napa Valley, from Los Carneros to Chiles Valley. Every year, we select grapes with a specific characteristic that will allow us to achieve the desired flavor profile of the final blend and create continuity vintage to vintage. No wallflower, this wine has bold enough flavors to be paired with a wide range of dishes. Some of our favorites are Chinese chicken salad, barbecued shrimp, grilled artichokes and soft cheeses such as brie and Havarti. Serve and enjoy this wine now or cellar it for 2 to 3 years to allow it to develop richer character.
